Due to the natural properties of leather and the artisanal nature of certain stages of production, slight variations in texture, grain or colour may occur. These characteristics are inherent to the material and cannot be considered defects.

Photographs presented on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes and cannot guarantee a perfect correspondence with the delivered product.

Our products are made to order, subject to the availability of raw materials, particularly leather. The production of a bag depends largely on the availability of hides and colours.

If certain materials are no longer available after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. The customer may then choose either to wait for restocking or to receive a refund.
